Why wasn't my trade opened?
Signals says why a trade didn't open and what to do. The common reasons, from unknown symbols to closed markets, and the fix for each.

Find the signal on Signals: the reason is written under it. The common ones:
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your broker has no such symbol | Accept the suggested name, or add it under the channel's Symbols → Symbol mapping. |
| AutoTrading is off | Allow Algo Trading (MT5) or live trading (MT4) in MetaTrader. |
| The signal was too old | It waited more than 2 minutes. Keep the computer and MetaTrader on. |
| The market is closed | Nothing to fix: the market was closed when the signal arrived. |
| Outside your trading hours | As set. Change the channel's trading hours if you want it. |
| Copying is paused | Resume with the sidebar switch or Ctrl+Shift+P. |
| Blocked by the news filter | As set: a high-impact release was inside your window. |
| Not a reply to its signal | Updates must be replies to the original signal. |
| No symbol or side it could read | Teach the channel its words with channel keywords. |
