A summary only. The full text below is what applies.

1.The agreement and the operator

1.1

This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is between you and TradeMirrorly, based in United States, at 604 C. Hoare, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00907, United States. Contact: support@trademirrorly.com. It governs the TradeMirrorly desktop application and the MetaTrader Expert Advisor components you install with it (together, "the software"), including updates to them.

1.2

By installing, activating or using the software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. If you use the software for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. The Terms and Conditions govern the wider service, this EULA governs the software license, and the Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices. Mandatory law takes priority over any inconsistent clause.

2.What you may do

2.1

Subject to this EULA, the Terms and Conditions and your purchased access, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the software on the devices and trading accounts allowed by your plan, for your own internal use, for the access period shown in your portal. Your plan defines device, account and feature limits; extra-account add-ons do not replace a base license.

2.2

The software is licensed, not sold. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with their owners. Use only accounts, devices and sources you are authorized to access, and test on a demo account before using live funds.

3.License keys, activation and devices

3.1

Activation registers a device against your license and issues it credentials. Keep your license key, device credentials and webhook addresses confidential. A key is for the account that bought it; do not publish it, share it or use it across unrelated machines. Reactivating the same computer reuses its seat and rotates its credentials.

3.2

The service limits how often devices can be deactivated and trading accounts replaced. Contact support if a legitimate hardware or account change needs review.

4.What you may not do

4.1

Using the software within its documented features never requires these restrictions to be broken; contact support if a legitimate workflow seems blocked.

  1. (a)Do not sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the software or your access to it without our separate written agreement.
  2. (b)Do not share license keys or device credentials, or let the software run for people or businesses beyond the seats your plan covers.
  3. (c)Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to derive the software's source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.
  4. (d)Do not remove or alter copyright, license or proprietary notices, or bypass, disable or interfere with activation, license limits, security or update mechanisms.
  5. (e)Do not use the software to break the law, infringe others' rights, send malicious content, or access accounts, devices or data you are not authorized to use.

5.Updates and supported versions

5.1

The desktop app may update itself, and we may release new versions, fixes and changes. Install supported updates and review their release notes. Older versions may stop working with the service when required for security or compatibility. This EULA applies to updates unless they come with separate terms.

5.2

We may change or remove features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or third-party reasons. Updates do not extend your purchased access period unless the offer says so.

6.Third-party and open-source components

6.1

The software includes third-party and open-source components. Those components remain governed by their own license terms, which may grant you additional rights and take priority over this EULA where that license requires. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7.Data, support and remote access

7.1

Activation and normal operation process account, license and device data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your Telegram and broker credentials stay in your desktop/terminal setup; the licensing API does not request or store them. Remote support is optional, requires you to enable it in the app, and is described in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

7.2

Contact support@trademirrorly.com for software help. We do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time unless separately agreed.

8.Ending this license

8.1

You may stop using the software at any time and uninstall it. We may end this license when your purchased access ends (expiry, cancellation or non-payment), if you materially breach this EULA or the Terms and Conditions, or where the law requires it. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain a restriction and allow you to address a correctable problem.

8.2

On termination you must stop using the software and remove your copies. Cancellation of a subscription and any refund are handled under the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do so, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and liability limits.

9.Warranty and responsibility

9.1

We will provide the software with the care and skill required by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every future third-party change, or any trading result. No software setting guarantees a profit, loss limit or fill; automation and trading involve substantial risk as explained in the Terms and Conditions.

9.2

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost trading opportunities or lost profits. This does not exclude responsibility where such a limitation would be unlawful, including applicable mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in this EULA attempts to remove rights that cannot be waived.

10.Changes to this agreement

10.1

We will identify new versions by their effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. If a change requires renewed agreement, we will request it; continued use after a change takes effect does not by itself remove statutory rights or accrued entitlements. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law, and failing to enforce a term immediately does not waive it.

10.2

Contact support@trademirrorly.com for questions about this EULA. The law and courts with jurisdiction under applicable conflict-of-law and consumer rules govern this EULA, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
