A summary only. The full text below is what applies.

1.Who this policy applies to

1.1

This policy applies to TradeMirrorly software plans and extra-account add-ons supplied by TradeMirrorly, based in United States, at 604 C. Hoare, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00907, United States, and paid for through our Whop checkout. Questions and requests: support@trademirrorly.com. It concerns software charges, not funds deposited with your broker, payments to a signal provider or trading losses.

1.2

Your purchase confirmation, the Terms and Conditions and this policy should be read together. Any mandatory consumer remedy or stronger express promise made for your purchase takes priority over a conflicting restriction below.

2.Three-day trial; no voluntary refunds after payment

2.1

Use the three-day free trial to evaluate a supported setup before paying. Basic and Pro monthly and yearly plans currently include this trial. One-time plans and separately purchased extra-account add-ons do not currently include a trial. The checkout shows the offer, any trial end and the first charge before you confirm your purchase.

2.2

Cancel before the displayed trial end if you do not want to pay. When the trial ends and payment is collected, the payment is non-refundable under our voluntary policy. There is no additional money-back window after the trial.

2.3

The same no-voluntary-refund rule applies to paid renewals, upgrades, one-time purchases and extra-account add-ons. We do not refund these payments for a change of mind, non-use, forgotten cancellation or dissatisfaction with trading results.

2.4

This rule does not exclude a refund, withdrawal right or other remedy required by applicable law or payment-provider rules, correction of a confirmed billing error, or a stronger express promise made for an earlier purchase. Completing a trial does not itself waive statutory rights. The following sections explain these exceptions.

3.Billing errors and faulty or missing service

3.1

Tell us about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount or a charge after a timely confirmed cancellation. Include the relevant receipt references and cancellation confirmation where available. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected, including a refund where money was wrongly collected. Whop can also investigate payment-layer issues, including an unrecognized charge.

3.2

If paid access was not supplied or the software materially fails to match the description on a supported setup, contact us with the issue. We may ask for relevant redacted diagnostics and an opportunity to correct it. Troubleshooting does not pause or replace your legal rights. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, correction, a price reduction, or a partial or full refund may be due.

4.Cancellation, renewals and unused time

4.1

Cancel an eligible recurring membership from Plans & billing in your portal before the next charge. Confirm that its status shows cancellation and note the access-end date. Check each base plan and add-on separately. If a trial is offered, cancel before its displayed end to avoid the first payment. Contact support promptly if you cannot access the cancellation control.

4.2

Cancellation normally keeps access available until the end of the paid period and stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge. A one-time purchase does not have recurring billing, and its access lasts for the period disclosed in the offer. Removing the app, device, webhook or Google connection does not cancel a subscription.

4.3

Except for a mandatory remedy, applicable payment-provider rule, confirmed billing error or purchase-specific promise, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, reduced usage, forgotten renewals or a change of mind. Contact us if you believe a renewal was incorrectly charged; a genuine billing error is reviewed separately.

5.Trading outcomes and third-party issues

5.1

A subscription does not guarantee profitable trades, a prop-firm pass or earnings. Trading losses, poor third-party signals, broker decisions and ordinary market conditions are not themselves grounds to refund a software fee or reimburse trading capital. A refund of a software purchase does not compensate trading losses.

5.2

An unsupported setup, incorrect configuration or a third-party outage is not automatically a TradeMirrorly defect. We will consider what was represented before your purchase and what actually happened. These distinctions do not defeat an applicable purchase-specific promise, misdescription claim, mandatory remedy or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

6.How to report a billing error or claim a required refund

6.1

We will review the request, ask for necessary information if needed and explain the decision under the exceptions above. This review does not create a voluntary refund guarantee. If you disagree, reply with the information you want reconsidered. You may also use available Whop support or purchase-resolution channels and your bank's dispute process. You do not have to waive those rights.

  1. (a)Email support@trademirrorly.com from your account email where possible. State that you are requesting a refund and identify the plan or add-on involved.
  2. (b)Include the Whop receipt or transaction reference, payment date and a short reason. For a technical issue, include your operating system, app version and redacted error or Journal details needed to understand the problem.
  3. (c)Never include passwords, one-time codes, a full payment-card number or unnecessary broker/Telegram information. Remote access is optional; declining it does not by itself invalidate a request.

7.After a refund is approved

7.1

Approved refunds are processed through Whop, normally to the original payment method, subject to the payment method's capabilities and applicable law. Whop and your bank control when the credit appears. We cannot promise a particular bank settlement date; applicable statutory repayment deadlines still apply.

7.2

We will explain the amount and whether the refunded base license or add-on access will end. Do not rely on a refunded license to manage open trades. Check your remaining subscriptions separately so an unrelated add-on does not continue renewing unintentionally. Do not provide a different payment destination unless the payment provider uses a verified process requiring it.

8.Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

8.1

Our no-voluntary-refund policy does not replace statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or services. Depending on your location and purchase, you may also have a cooling-off or withdrawal right. For example, EU/EEA and UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible distance purchases.

8.2

Exceptions for immediate digital delivery require the conditions specified by law, which can include prior express consent, acknowledgment of losing the right and confirmation. Digital services can be treated differently from digital content. We do not treat account creation, installation or ordinary use alone as proof that you waived a statutory right.

8.3

To exercise a withdrawal right, send us a clear statement identifying you and the purchase and saying that you wish to withdraw. No special wording or optional troubleshooting session is required. Contact us for assistance without delaying a deadline. No clause in this policy restricts a lawful card-issuer dispute, complaint to a regulator or court remedy.

9.Changes to this policy

9.1

The version applicable to a purchase and any express offer made with it govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. We will date later revisions and will not use them to retrospectively withdraw an existing refund entitlement. For help locating the policy for your purchase, contact support@trademirrorly.com.
