Which plans have a free trial?
Monthly and yearly plans on both Basic and Pro start with a 3-day free trial. One-time plans don't have a trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel on the Billing page of your account. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Use the 3-day free trial to try it first: cancel before it ends and you aren't charged. Once a payment is collected it isn't refunded for a change of mind or unused time, and that includes renewals, one-time plans and add-ons. Billing errors are corrected, and any refund the law requires still applies. The Refund Policy has the details.
What's the one-time plan?
You pay once and get 5 years of access, with crypto accepted as well as card and PayPal.
Can I switch from Basic to Pro later?
Yes. Open Settings, then License, and click Upgrade to Pro. The new plan shows in the app within about a minute, without a restart.
What counts as a computer and an account?
Each computer you activate uses one computer seat, and each MT4/MT5 account you add in the app uses one account seat. You can free a computer's seat with Deactivate this computer in Settings.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Whop. Pay by card or PayPal, or with crypto on the one-time plans.
